All services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed only after agreement between MC Tile Dallas and the customer.

Estimates and Payments

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change if project details differ upon inspection.

Payment terms will be outlined in writing before work begins.

Failure to pay for services as agreed may result in late fees or legal action.

Customer Responsibilities

By hiring us, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your project.

Grant safe and reasonable access to the property for our crew and equipment.

Ensure that areas are clear of obstacles prior to scheduled work unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranties or guarantees on services or materials will be explained in writing before the project begins. Please note that improper maintenance, misuse, or third-party modifications may void warranties.

Limitations of Liability

MC Tile Dallas is not responsible for:

Pre-existing issues with your property (structural, plumbing, or electrical).

Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Incidental or consequential damages outside the scope of agreed services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage and materials ordered.
